Comet is still not accepting some categories of vouchers, despite reinstating others.
At the time of writing, the beleaguered retailer is still not allowing the use of SMS vouchers, as well as some corporate and replacement vouchers.
The full list of vouchers that remain suspended include:
– SMS vouchers
– Comet Enjoy cards
– Comet Corporate and Replacement cards
– Domestic & General replacement vouchers
– British Gas Go Green replacement vouchers
The temporarily suspended the use of gift vouchers but quickly reinstated some following an uproar from disenfranchised customers.
Regarding these vouchers, Comet’s website states: “The Administrators are urgently reviewing the position regarding these cards and vouchers and will clarify the position in due course.”
