PC PAL eyes rapid growth

Nationwide computer repair franchise PC PAL has appointed a new franchise manager, June Falvey, as it eyes a period of expansion in the UK.

PC PAL, which took on its first franchisee in 2008, now has over 20 franchisees across the whole of the UK.

“We have very big plans for the future, to expand across the UK and Ireland, growing the PC PAL group and the brand as well as building and developing our head office team,” said Jat Mann, managing director of PC PAL.

“We pride ourselves on the level of support and training that our franchisees get and that will continue into the future. Bringing in a franchise manager was the essential next-step for PC PAL’s growth.”

Falvey has worked in the franchise industry for over 15 years. Her new role at PC PAL will be dealing with both the recruitment and training of new franchisees as well as the operational and management side of all existing franchisees.

“Our plan for the next 18 months is to double the size of the PC PAL franchise group as well as extend the head office team,” Falvey commented.

“We have now moved all technical training in-house, giving even the most non-technical minded person the best opportunities to pass the Microsoft and CompTIA exams.

“We provide an intensive and specified training programme with a combination of technical, onsite, marketing and business plan training, all done by our head office team to give franchisees the best possible start to their new business.”
