Entire range of VIBE headphones and Optisound subwoofers heads to UK channel through Gem

Gem Distribution has signed up VIBE Audio to its roster of brands.

The deal means Gem is the only UK distributor to supply the Optisound subwoofers and complete range of VIBE headphones to the channel.

VIBE’s line-up includes products such as the VIBE BlackAir Vented 12 Bass Enclosures, LiteAir Amplifiers and the competition level BlackDeath range.

The Optisound range, including the Optisound TV 5, Optisound TV 6 and Optisound Gaming, is a collection of powerful subwoofers housing unique technology that works with the existing TV speakers whilst remaining hidden from view.

Anthony Haworth, purchasing director at Gem commented: “VIBE is a pioneer in the audio market, bringing new and exciting, high quality audio accessories to retail at a competitive price in various market segments. Gem is delighted to have been given the opportunity to represent VIBE Audio, further enhancing our audio offering to our retail partners”.

Emma Ward, managing director of VIBE, said: “VIBE is very pleased to be working with Gem. As a market leader in the Gaming distribution world, Gem is the ideal partner to successfully launch our products to the entertainment retailer. Our 2012 Optisound and Headphone product ranges will allow retailers to stand out from the crowd and we look forward to helping Gem recreate the success story we have now seen in over 50 countries worldwide.”
