Accessories firm becomes new sponsor of esports gaming organisation

Cherry to provide gaming keyboards for Team eNigma

Accessories specialist Cherry has become the latest sponsor of Team eNigma – a multi-gaming organisation with teams that compete across the globe.

Cherry impressed Team eNigma when they met up at this year’s Gadget Show Live, and afterwards received a strong review of its latest gaming keyboard. As a result, Cherry has announced it will be providing ten mechanical keyboards to the organisation, as well as sponsorship that means the Cherry logo will appear on Team eNigma t-shirts during tournaments.

Cherry’s Robin Bithrey said: "We are thoroughly delighted to sponsor Team eNigma with ten of these keyboards and hope that it brings them great success in the competitions they’re taking part in. It’s Cherry’s first venture into the gaming arena in more ways than one – with the keyboard and with the team sponsorship and we can only wish Team eNigma great success, hoping that our partnership will prove fruitful for both parties in so many ways."

John ‘WundA’ Smith-Howell from Team eNigma commented: "After many emails and lots of talking on the phone, I’m very pleased to annouce that Cherry and Team eNigma can enter into a sponsorship deal. Cherry make some fantastic products and I’m very excited to get those products out to our gamers to be able to give them that extra edge of performance agaisnt their opponents. I hope that we have a long partnership with Cherry."
