Synergy selects Autotask for Man City IT support

Synergy Technology has chosen Autotask to help deliver continued IT support to Manchester City Football Club.

Synergy has been working with Manchester City Football Club for over ten years, providing IT support from back-office to front-of-house on a 24/7/365 basis.

To meet the needs of customers, Synergy needs to be able to collect and analyse a range of data about its service delivery and its customers’ IT. 

After reviewing ten different systems, Synergy has selected Autotask to help support the company and the football club. The ability to develop and adapt to real-world situations seemed to be key factor in Synergy’s decision.
