Bold new designs available on a select few models of wireless keyboards and mice.

Logitech’s Global Graffiti Collection

Peripheral specialist Logitech has unveiled the Logitech Colour Collection, a range of devices with designs "inspired by the world’s most vibrant colours and diversity of cultures."

The bold new paint jobs number seven in total; Panda Candy, Liquid Colour, Ink Gears, Skyscraper, Crimson Ribbons, White/Purple Paisley and Black/Red/Blue Topography. Each are influenced by designers from different nations.

Although apparently the designs themselves aren’t thematically related to the home nations of each designer. Unless there’s giant pandas eating sweets in some part of Australia we’re not familiar with.

That said, no one could accuse the designs of being boring.

"I want to try something with vector to create artistic and romantic piece of artwork, featuring abstract shapes flow like things in nature," said China-based designer Shadow Chen of the Crimson Ribbons design.

"Drawing underwater scene has always been a passion for me to create, with watercolour like elements of warm colours spreading on a bright background, helped to get this dreamy feel," she added.

Aside from the designs, three products will get the new paint jobs. The Logitech Wireless Mouse M310 and the M325 and the Logitech Wireless Keyboard K360. All of the devices are priced in the US at $30 a pop. Logitech has more details on their site.
