Buying group brings in former DSGi senior product manager Carolyne Rushton

Network Group appoints new head of marketing

The Network Group has appointed Carolyne Rushton as its new head of marketing.

She joins the buying group with eleven years experience at DSGi, having filled a number of marketing roles at Equanet and PC World and performing as a senior product manager at DSGi Business.

In her new role, she’ll be liaising with the Network Groups group managing director, Phylip Morgan, who commented: “Carolyne is enthusiastic, driven and has broad experience in various sectors; we’re delighted to have her join our team and drive forward our initiatives. We’ve continued to grow by over twenty per cent every year through the economic downturn and this year, with her help, will be another record year for us.”

The Network Group’s chairman, Wayne Cockerill, added: “This has been an exciting year for NG as we have continued with our ambitious growth plans. The addition of Carolyne to our team is further evidence of the success of Network Group in what has been a difficult few years for the channel. The foundation is now laid for an even more successful 2012.”
