Crowds gather for the launch of Apple?s latest gizmo ? yet report claims many are unsatisfied with the update

62% of iPhone 4 users disappointed with iPhone 4S

Apple’s latest mobile phone, the iPhone 4S, went on sale today, attracting eager crowds to stores around the globe.

300 people cued at the Covent Garden store to get their hands on the new device, including one man who has camped outside the shop for ten days.

However a new report claims that 62 per cent of iPhone 4 owners are disappointed with the updated phone.

According to a survey of 13,000 people by Retrevo, 21 per cent said they wished it had a new design, 29 per cent said they wished it had 4G connectivity, and 12 per cent said they wish it had a larger display.

It also claims nearly half of iPhone 4 owners think an iPhone 5 will be announced next year, and they will wait for one.

The iPhone was announced on October 4th, with many commentating that the incremental update would fall short of the huge anticipation that surrounded the event.
