IFA: Panasonic launches cheaper pro 3D camera

Panasonic has unveiled the HDC-Z10000 3D camera at IFA this week.

The device is apparently the world’s first twin lens 2D/3D camcorder officially compatible with the AVCHD 3D/Progressive standard.

Its being pitched at creative arts student and videographers or anyone looking to capture broadcast quality footage. It’s also pitched as being an affordable middle ground between consumer and professional products, but as yet no specific pricing has emerged.
