Novatech takes mystery shopper top spot

Novetech’s Bristol outlet has received the top spot in PCRs December mystery shopper.

Praising the store for its customer service, our mystery shopper commented that conversation with sales staff was impressive and personable, while the advice given highlighted endless options.
