Apple to launch new Macs today?

Apple could be launching its eagerly anticipated new iMac today, along with a number of other devices, reports suggest.

According to influential tech blogger John Gruber, Apple “might hypothetically release” new “Mac Pros (finally, right?), speed-bump iMacs, and the gorgeous new 16:9 27-inch Cinema Display” today.

He added that we might even see a desktop multi-touch trackpad device – but that this is “doubly hypothetical”.

Gruber caused a stir earlier this month when he suggested Microsoft may have only sold 500 Kin phones before scrapping the device.
