Retail giant's stores come joint first in PCR's Mystery Shopper

Double win for DSGi

It was a double win for DSGi when our shopper went to Leeds in search of a laptop that would offer both high performance and value for money.

Currys Digital and a hybrid Currys/PC World store came joint first, each scoring eight points out of ten.

“The recommendation was confident and based on product knowledge rather than personal opinion which was reassuring,” our Shopper said of the service at Currys Digital.

Meanwhile, for the two-in-one store, the Shopper wrote: “I felt content with the recommendations and was more than happy to accept the up-sell to a more expensive model as the additional features definitely added value.”
