Samsung has appointed Micro-P to handle its mobile handset portfolio, as it looks to expand its channel strategy in the UK.
According to Mobile News, the deal will see Micro-P distribute a range of Samsung devices including the Monte, Genio Slide and the Omnia, as well as the forthcoming Wave and Galaxy S.
“The addition of Samsung to our mobile proposition comes at an ideal time for Micro-P,” said Micro P’s managing director Gerry O’Keefe.
“The roadmap for 2010 shows great growth potential, especially into the smartphone space, and this coupled with our airtime, accessories and applications gives us even greater opportunities to deliver a total solution.”
