Online readership of leading UK computer trade site PCR has hit a new record – bursting past 70,000 unique readers.
The targeted site focuses on PC and IT resellers, retailers, system builders, distributors and vendors. It is published alongside the influential print and digital edition of PCR, which has an audited, 100% named monthly readership of 13,000.
Independent audit data from Google Analytics, which is infamously strict with its traffic measurement, shows that PCR has hit record figures across uniques and page views.
Unique visitors in November totalled 71,316, whilst total page views were a whopping 119,774.
"Clearly we have seen a lot of benefit from our Microsoft and Apple story which ended up everywhere, including on the BBC, but at the same time these numbers are a testament to the power of PCR’s daily content and our commitment to SEO investment in the website," commented PCR publisher and Intent Media boss Stuart Dinsey.
"We expect our monthly average readership to fall back a little during the disrupted months of December and January, but to have driven comfortably past 70,000 in November shows the progress we have made since the PCR site relaunched in May.
