Aims to increase business for committed resellers through its VAR call routing scheme

FixITlocal to axe 400 members

The trade association FixITlocal is to reduced its membership by two-thirds to 200 in a bid to increase the efficacy of its VAR call routing program.

According to CRN, the scheme has been dogged by complaints of low call volumes.

“We have had a rethink because we want to deliver a lot more calls to members,” said FixITlocal’s founder John Carter. “If we had 200 good-quality resellers, it would give us coverage of the country.”
