Circuit City auctioned off today

The two-day process of auctioning off embattled electronics retail chain Circuit City has begun today.

It is understood Asda parent Wal-Mart is among the interested parties.
According to Twice, it is still hoped that the retailer can continue trading following an deal with a ‘white knight’ bidder.
