Big names back sold-out trade awards

Amazon, Comet, DABS, Dixons, Ebuyer, John Lewis, Micro Anvika, Phones4U Play.com, Shasonic, Tesco and WH Smith are amongst the big names attending the first ever PC Retail Awards.

Launched by Intent Media to recognise excellence within the home and small business channel, the event takes place at the Café Royal, Regent Street on Thursday night (March 13th).

The evening is completely sold out, with over 300 representatives from the retail, distribution, hardware and software sectors all gathering under one roof.

Big name suppliers attending include Acer, AMD, Asus, Belkin, Dell, Ingram Micro, Intel, Interactive Ideas, Logitech, Microsoft, Spire, Tom Tom, Toshiba, VIP and XMA.

The evening will be hosted by comedian, author and radio presenter Bob Mills.
