Job postings hint at vendor's plans to open outlets in Germany and Switzerland

Apple in Central Europe retail push?

Apple appears to be preparing to launch its successful store formats in Germany and Switzerland, follow it posting job opportunities on its website.

The postings hint at openings in Munich in Germany and Geneva and Zurich in Switzerland despite the fact that the company has no stores in either country.

No further information about the positions, or retail locations is available. PC Retail was still awaiting comment from Apple at the time of posting.

The company currently operates stores in the UK, Ireland and Italy in Europe.
