Apple stores roll out One to One service

Apple has introduced a new One to One service to its Stores, providing its customers with personal training from a team of expert ‘Creatives’.

The team of Creatives are all professionals from the music and film industries, plus tv and photography experts, webmasters and composers. Personal training sessions are customised and cost £79 per year, covering everything from digital photography, building a website, podcasting, iPod and iTunes to getting started on a Mac.

For professionals, heavy Mac users and small to medium sized businesses, there is a new Procare programme, also priced at £79 a year.

And finally, Apple Stores have introduced a new personal shopping service. Using the online Concierge service, customers can reserve time with a Mac specialist.
