Acer launches new partner program

Following a reorganisation of its EMEA business which culminated in a renewed focus on the commercial segment and server market, Acer has announced the Solution Partner program which is designed to better help its customers to sell, service and support the firm’s server and storage solutions.

The program is a certification program primarily for Acer actives and executives. The firm says the Acer Altos Solution Partner “is a highly specialised Solution Provider, committed into meeting the needs of the rapidly changing SMB environment in the Server and Storage area.”

Acer says joining the program provides the following: Direct access to Acer Business, product and solution management teams; full technical certification and training; additional financial incentives; regular server/storage/solution business briefings; access to Acer Connect Configuration services; service delegation; participation in Acer lead generation programs.
