The Channel Expo website has been re-launched for the upcoming 2007 show, held at the Birmingham NEC on March 28th and 29th. In a bid to provide a more cutting edge service, the new site has been updated to include new areas such as the Channel Explorer game. Further interactive functions including Plan Your Day, Appointments and One 2 One sections will be added when more exhibitors are on board. It is hoped that these added features will help bring the show further to the forefront of the UK IT industry.
Channel Expo combines the Computer Trade Show, the Comms Channel Expo, the Technology Retailer Show and the Office Technology Expo – and is this year celebrating the tenth anniversary. The conglomerated show is moving further into areas such as AV, CCTV, VoIP, security and new technologies in an attempt to reflect the increased diversification within the channel.
Channel Expo 2007 will take place in Hall 19 of the Birmingham NEC on Wednesday March 28th (10.00 until 17.00) and Thursday March 29th (10.00 until 16.00).
