IT distie Westcoast will launch the firm's Unified Communications (UC) product at the voice, mobile and data reseller conference, Convergence Summit South, on the October 4th and 5th.
Westcoast have partnered with key vendors such as Microsoft for the software, HP for the infrastructure, Aastra Telecom for the Lync endpoints and Audiocodes for their gateways and survivable branch appliances.
The vendor partnership allows Westcoast to offer a complete end to end UC solution built around the Lync platform, the company announced.
"One of the key focus areas for Westcoast now and moving forwards is Unified Communications and Convergence," said Westcoast commercial manager Paul Harman, Commercial Manager for Westcoast.
"We believe we have all the elements in place to deliver a complete UC Convergence platform which scales and tailors to any business requirements," added Harman.
Westcoast will be presenting the firm's UC offering at stand 101 and 102 at Convergence Summit South as well as on their web site.
