Westcoast has secured itself another place in Sunday Times Top Track listing of the top 100 companies to enjoy the largest sales volume in the UK.
The Reading based distributor jumped ten places from last year and was listed at 63rd with sales of £801 million. The Sunday Times has partly attributed this improved performance to the acquisition of XMA in December 2007.
Westcoast was one of only two IT companies to make the list, with infrastructure provider SCH Group dropping three points to 15th place.
SCH enjoyed sales of just over two billion during 2008 and has a network of 80 offices in Europe as well as partnerships in places like South Korea and Australia.
