Virgin Mobile's mobile broadband service has been voted the UK's best service in three categories in consumer group Which?'s recent look at the sector.The MVNO beat off competition from established network-owning rivals 3, Orange, O2, T-Mobile and Vodafone in the mobile usability category, with the magazine saying Virgin's supplied documents where the most accessible and easy to follow.
It also beat off stiff competition in other categories, including best mobile broadband customer service along with O2, and mobile broadband set-up alongside O2, Orange and T-Mobile.
Which? named Vodafone – which is partnered with Dell in the UK – as having the most complicated set-up process.
