VIP Computers has announced the addition of Mark Norfolk to its Microsoft account management team.
Following Microsoft’s launch of Windows 8 last month, VIP is looking to bolster its Microsoft team with the appointment of Norfolk. He will be joining the UK distributor as Microsoft sales specialist, and brings over ten years of experience in the IT industry.
Norfolk, who has joined VIP Computers from Insight UK, following 10 years with O2/BT said: “VIP is one of Microsoft’s leading distributors in the UK and its great to join this high performing team. I’ve been encouraged by the positive reaction to the Windows 8 launch and look forward to seeking out opportunities in the year ahead.”
Duncan McAuley, VIP’s purchasing director said: “Its great to have Mark on board. He’s intent on increasing the breadth of the Microsoft range, ensuring our sales team is fully trained up and building relationships with customers to deliver longer-term Microsoft solutions for their businesses. He will be an asset to our Microsoft team.”
