Veho has launched its new pocketsized video camera, which can be paired with a whole host of mounting accessories for different situations.
The Muvi HD, which Veho describes as “the eagerly-awaited big brother to the successful Muvi micro camcorder”, films in high definition.
It features a 5MP snapshot function with a timer, enhanced night mode support, 3x digital zoom and ultra-wide 160-degree field of view.
The device includes a 4GB memory card and storage can be expanded up to 32GB with a microSD card. A 1.5-inch screen lets users clearly and easily see what they are shooting, while the inbuilt speaker allows for easy playback.
According to the vendor, the inbuilt rechargeable battery lasts for up to three hours of filming, and an auto standby function conserves power. The device comes with a wireless remote control, and Veho has produced a number of mounting accessories, which are purchased separately. These include a car suction mount and handle bar mount for hands-free use.
