Trilogy is to be renamed Gem Logistics following its last minute acquisition deal last December.
The re-brand is the first step in a plan to significantly develop the Northampton- based business' scale and service offering, and forms part of a overall move by Gem to offer a high-quality distribution service for DVD, music and games publishers in the South.
“Gem’s investment in our southern based logistics operation will see us dramatically develop our infrastructure, systems and services to better support our existing and future supply partners,” said the general manager of Gem Logistics, Matthew Allen.
