Toshiba has announced a new portable 14-inch monitor, the Toshiba USB LCD Monitor, which is entirely connected and powered via a USB port.
The 1366 x 768 resolution display is just one inch thick and weighs just 800gr. The 16ms, 400:1 contrast display is compatible with Windows 7, Vista and XP.
A bundled hybrid carry case provides protection while also doubling up as adjustable stand and a power saving mode is aimed at keeping power consumption to a minimum.
The screen is set go on sale for around £150.
