IT systems management specialist Kaseya has joined the Technology Channels Association, in what the organisation’s president described as a ‘timely’ move.
Kaseya will work with TCA members to share best practice and to help encourage development and professionalism in the technology sector. After joining the trade body, the firm also signed up to sponsor the annual TCA Conference, which takes place today.
“Kaseya’s involvement with the association is very timely. Services such as this are exactly what resellers need in order to give best possible service levels to their customers, to streamline their own businesses, and to make more margin. And of course having such a well respected company on board as a member, joining other notable players, endorses our position in the channel; we’re the organisation that aims to benefit the whole marketplace,” said TCA president Keith Warburton.
Sean O’Connell, director of EMEA marketing at Kaseya, added: “Kaseya is committed to providing resellers and channel partners with the tools they need to run profitable businesses. By joining the TCA we can work more closely with the channel to not only share best practice, but to better understand their key challenges to help deliver a platform for success.”
