Target Components has signed a deal with Kaspersky that will see the Yorkshire distributor handling some of the security vendors’ latest products.
The new Internet Security 2010 and Anti-Virus 2010 are the latest additions to the Kaspersky range, which is currently the number one security product in Europe and number two in the UK.
“Working with Target Components will open up channels of previously untapped resellers, to maximise the visibility we have in the channel and ensure resellers receive the highest levels of service,” commented Kaspersky’s consumer sales director Simon Geach. “We have found that a sub-set of resellers like to purchase products through a customer focused distributor like Target Components because of the specific services they can provide. Through this deal we are reaching those resellers.”
“We are delighted to be joining Kaspersky Labs’ Green Team partner program,” added Target’s marketing manager Caroline Spillane. “We will have access to the best pricing and special offers, as well as direct vendor support – all of which are major benefits to our customers and add extra value.”
