Nvidia has taken centre stage at Computex, featuring in a number of new or soon-to-be-released products at the show.
According to PC World, Acer’s AspireRevo and Loenovo’s IdeaPad S12 carry Nvidia’s Ion GPU and are among over 20 products to do so.
“Consumer interest in the Acer AspireRevo featuring Nvidia’s Ion graphics has been overwhelming,” said Acer’s senior vice president of corporate marketing Gianpero Morbello.
“The Acer AspireRevo clearly demonstrates the power of Ion to deliver a full and unique multimedia experience for an amazingly low price. We see strong consumer demand in this space.”
Nvidia is also using the event to showcase a number of mobile internet devices that utilise the Tegra platform, including the Compal CN88 and the Pegatron Vivid netbooks and the ICD Ultra tablet PC.
