Stone Group has been awarded authorised service provider status by Toshiba.
It means the Staffordshire-based reseller will be able to carry out repairs on behalf of the vendor, on all laptops covered by its warranty programme.
Stone Group's chief executive James Bird (pictured) said that being admitted to the scheme was recognition of the work the reseller had put into its engineering programme. "The accreditation further extends Stone's ability to serve an even broader range of customers.
"It is also a reflection of the investment Stone has made in engineers and facilities in order to meet the levels of service and repair quality that customers have come to expect of a respected brand like Toshiba," he added.
