Stone achieves Samsung Platinum Partner status

Samsung has awarded public sector IT provider Stone Group ‘Mobile Computing Platinum Partner’ status, the vendor’s highest level of reseller accreditation.

Samsung awards Platinum Partner status is awarded to resellers who demonstrate a high degree of expertise in and commitment to selling, installing and supporting Samsung’s products.

Resellers must also complete technical and sales training as well as placing a continued focus on customer service.

Lee Davis, reseller account manager for Samsung’s mobile computing division, said: “As a valued partner of Samsung, Stone Group has continued to successfully promote and take to market the Samsung product range and associated messaging, whilst protecting our brand reputation with its own exemplary customer service.

“Being one of our key Authorised Service Partners, and being our only reseller to be re-awarded an NDNA contract, also contributed to our decision to make Stone Group a Platinum Partner.”

James Bird, CEO of Stone Group, added: “This award from Samsung is important recognition of the strength of our partnership, and Stone Group’s ongoing commitment as a key reseller.
