SteelSeries has inked a deal with Enta Technologies, that will see the distributor aid the vendor in its bid to become the UK’s top peripherals and accessories brand.
SteelSeries has seen considerable success in its home region of Scandinavia, and has expanded in to the Asian, North American and wider European markets. Now it is looking to significantly impact the UK market.
“We’ve seen substantial growth in the UK professional gaming arena” explained SteelSeries’ vice president of sales, Steen Ronholt. “We know the SteelSeries brand already has a strong UK audience thanks to the close knit online gaming community, however until now, there have been few places to purchase. With Enta Technologies as our new distributing partner, we are really able to tackle the UK market.”
“SteelSeries makes a perfect addition to Enta’s portfolio,” remarked Enta Technologies’ commercial group vice president Jon Atherton. “Our vast experience in the enthusiast arena and SteelSeries’ dedication to gaming is certainly the right combination for a successful and healthy relationship – the competition had better watch out.”
