Apple, Argos, Asda and Tesco have be short listed as finalists in the World Retail Congress' awards, due to take place in Barcelona between April 9th and 11th.Apple's retail operations have been nominated for the awards' prestigious multi-market retailer of the year award alongside Tesco, which has been nominated in three other categories including world's best etailer, retailer of the year and responsible retailer of the year.
Tesco will be up against Argos in the etailer category, while it will be going head to head with Apple in the multi-channel category. Asda has been nominated for the employer of the year award.
