Tech retailers have cut prices earlier this year in a bid to draw extra last-minute Christmas sales.
Almost three quarters of High Street retailers (72 per cent) that PwC monitors are advertising sales or promotions of some kind, with average price discounts rising to 46 per cent compared to 44 per cent in the same week last year.
PCR has trawled the tech deals from national retailers and etailers to bring you this round up:
- Amazon – The online retailer is running several ‘lightning deals’ in electronics and computing including 35 per cent off a Garmin Nuvi 50 sat-nav (now £64.99), £30 off the Kindle Fire HDX tablet (now £169) and loads more
- Argos – Kindle Fire HD cut to £99 (offer ends December 24th)
- Asda – Buy an iPad Mini or iPad 2 and get a free £15 iTunes code
- Currys – Ten per cent off marked prices on Windows laptops over £500, up to 30 per cent off selected Android tablets, half-price on selected Bluetooth speakers, docks and radio machines, and coffee machines
- Dabs.com – Daily deals including the ASUS GeForce GTX 770 graphics card for under £264, down from £279.99
- Ebuyer – Various daily deals including 17 per cent off the HGST 500GB Touro Mobile Portable Hard Drive, dropping the price to £33.99, and the HP 250 G1 laptop, which is down to £349.99 from £449.99 after cashback
- John Lewis – £30 off selected iPad Minis and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablets
- Overclockers UK – Pre-Christmas deals including £20 off the ASRock Z87M OC FORMULA Intel Z87 motherboard (now £149.99) and £12 off the Akasa Cobra Power 750W Modular Power Supply PSU (now £59.99)
- PC World – Cut-price PCs including £40.98 off a Packard Bell iMedia S2185 desktop, £150 off the ASUS Essentio M11AA-UK010S desktop, £310.98 off the HP Envy 700-060ea desktop and more
- Sainsbury’s – Technology Sale offers £10 off Hewlett-Packard Multimedia Speakers, £50 off the Nikon Coolpix L320 16 Megapixel 26x Zoom Black Digital Camera and plenty more
- Scan – Hundreds of daily offers
- Tesco – Save £40 when you spend £100 or more on headphones, plus get a Sony 40-inch R4 TV and PS4 for £429 (ends Christmas Eve)
- YoYoTech – Cut-price Mad Catz mice and keyboards
