Researchers poke holes in cloud security

Researchers poke holes in cloud security

Cloud computing security has been brought into question, after researchers cited issues within Amazon and Microsoft's password reset functions.

They demonstrated the flaws in both Microsoft's online version of Office and Amazon's cloud service Elastic Compute Cloud at this year's Black Hat security conference, according to Microscope.

The criticism comes just weeks after hackers utilised a similar flaw in Google's cloud computing service to access corporate data owned by Twitter.
