Mobile devices vendor Prestigio has launched the new MultiPhone 5430 with Intel Inside. It’s available on the Maplin website and will hit other stores soon.
Prestigio says it’s targeted at the growing number of cost-conscious smartphone buyers in the UK who want a fast smartphone. The 5430 is priced at £199.99, and is equipped with the Intel Atom processor Z2420 with Intel Hyper-Threading Technology that can achieve speeds of up to 1.2 GHz.
The Android device features a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, support for FM radio and an expandable memory slot, plus HSPA+ modem support with Intel’s XMM 6265 modem for global roaming.
The Prestigio MultiPhone 5430 has an 8MP HD camera that can take up to eight photos a second, HD quality video and an integrated graphics engine.
