Play.com has won the Which? Best Online Retailer Award for the second year running.
The retailer was praised for its value and customer service, and follows the firm’s triumph at the MCV Awards in April.
The Which? Awards took place at the British Museum in London last night (Tuesday 9th) and other firms up for the online award included screwfix.com, Lakeland.co.uk and lizearle.com.
Elsewhere, John Lewis won the High Street Retailer 2009 award.
