190 jobs cut at HMV head office and distribution network

Up to 190 staff at HMV have been told that they have lost their jobs, including several tech buyers.

The news was broken by HMV’s head of technology and games Ewan Pinder, who is amongst the casualties.


Samsung Galaxy Express: New smartphone makes 4G LTE accessible to all

That’s right folks, Samsung has added another smartphone to its Galaxy range.

The Korean firm is calling the Galaxy Express a ‘value-driven’ 4G LTE smartphone ‘designed for the young social explorer'.

French tech blog claims to have pictures showing components for the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 6.

The blog says the photos come from a source connected to an Apple supplier and depict the loud speaker modules that will be used in the two new iPhones.
