Wasp Barcode has joined the growing list of firms supporting the PCR Retail Boot Camp, as a Gold Partner.
PCR Retail Boot Camp is a new conference and expo for the UK PC and IT channel, taking place on Wednesday May 2nd 2012 at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London.
It's free for retailers to attend, and some 250 dealers are expected at the PCR Retail Boot Camp, with the list of key accounts being identified in conjunction with Event Partners.
Organised by Intent Media, publisher of PCR, it will provide a day of conference sessions, expo showcases and networking – all designed to help dealers improve their business.
Retailers and resellers will attend the PCR Retail Boot Camp by invitation only, ensuring that only the top 250 VIP PC and IT dealers will participate in the event.
“Wasp Barcode is excited to be a sponsoring partner for the PCR Retail Boot Camp," said Hugh Furness, European sales director. “It’s a fantastic programme and it matches our strategic goals of investing in the channel and continuing to develop strong relationships with our channel partners and resellers”.
Wasp Barcode joins alongisde distributors EntaTech, VIP and Micro-P, plus security software specialist G Data, which have already signed up as Platinum Partners.
In addition to the conference and expo, there will be a series of ‘Break-Out Sessions’ during the afternoon, giving suppliers and manufacturers the opportunity to present technical or service sessions with smaller groups of dealers. Meanwhile, an after-show party, sponsored by VIP, will provide networking opportunities to round off the day’s events.
