Clare Rayner, known as The Retail Champion, has been signed up to present ‘The 10 Steps To Retail Success’ at the upcoming PCR Retail Boot Camp.
Rayner is one of the most well-known and respected retail consultants in the UK, having worked with leading retailers such as Dixons Group, Argos and M&S. She provides training and mentoring services to the trade and is regularly called upon by BBC News to comment as a retail expert.
Her presentation at the PCR Retail Boot Camp will offer advice to dealers about how to become retail champions, providing simple pointers on areas that businesses should focus on to increase profits going forward.
"Clare Rayner has proved herself to be the UK’s ‘Retail Champion’, and we are delighted that she has joined our line-up of speakers for the PCR Retail Boot Camp event," said PCR editor Helen French. Rayner is the latest addition to the portfolio of high profile speakers lined up for PCR Retail Boot Camp, which already includes the BBC’s Penny Haslam, GfK’s Carl West and Micro-P’s Mike Harris.
PCR Retail Boot Camp is an exciting new conference and expo for the UK PC and IT channel, taking place on Wednesday May 2nd at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London. It is free for retailers to attend and will provide a day of conference sessions, expo showcases and networking – all designed to help dealers improve their business. All retailers who attend will receive a VIP Gift Bag, including a free Apple TV.
In addition, there will be a series of ‘Break-Out Sessions’ during the afternoon, giving distributors and vendors the opportunity to present technical or service sessions with smaller groups of dealers.
