How important is it for UK retailers and resellers to connect well with customers?

Being able to obtain direct feedback from retailers and resellers about the real market situation is key to AOC’s success in this sector, and this event is the ideal platform for it. As a supplier to the market for display technology, we need to focus on the developing trend in the use of displays both at home and in business, and customer information is an integral part of our process.

What do you see being the key issues facing PC retailers in 2013?

The key issues for retailers in 2013 are likely to be the continual emergence of differing platforms available for the end-user and reacting to new demands.

What products/services will you be promoting at the event this year?

Firstly the brand new AOC q2963Pm, which is a 29-inch ultra widescreen monitor with a 21:9 2560 x 1080 AH-IPS panel.

There will be the eagerly anticipated g2460Pqu 120Hz gaming display, which has 24-inch LED-backlit TN panel plus four USB ports integrated in the bezel, great ergonomics and a full array of connectors.

Finally there is the I2369Vm, a Full HD 23-inch IPS model offering a wide array of connectors as well as an USB hub, ideal for economically and environmentally conscious professional users.

What was the best moment from last year’s Boot Camp event?

Last year’s Boot Camp was one of the best dealer events I have attended for a long time. Good venue, good response, quality of attendees and methodology of getting them to the show and getting the around all the dealers.
