PCR Boot Camp: How to beat Apple on service

As well as its fancy products, easy to use software, and eerily minimalist stores, Apple is much celebrated for the service it offers to customers. Can independent dealers hope to match the US giant in this area?

A panel session boasting a number of industry figures will discuss the strengths of Apple’s offering and how it approaches dealing with customers – and highlights how indie stores can emulate the phone and tablet giant’s successes.

The PCR Boot Camp is a conference, expo and networking event taking place at The Brewery, London on Wednesday May 21st. If you’re a dealer and like to attend PCR Boot Camp 2014 completely free, you can sign up here.

A morning conference will consist of expert briefings, panel sessions, and must-have information, vital for dealers selling PCs and technology in the modern age, in an easy to digest format.

An afternoon expo, in which exhibitors show off some of their latest products is followed by a networking event in the evening.

Dealers will also go away with a VIP gift bag – last year attendees were given Jabra wireless Bluetooth Speakers.
