Gem has announced its support of the PC Retail Awards, signing up as sponsor of next year's event.The distributor will sponsor the Frontline category of the awards, which includes the awards for High Street Independent, High Street Multiple, Online Retailer, Value Added Retailer and Best Technical Support.
The PC Retail Awards will take place at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington on Thursday March 19th. The debut event this year saw Gem sponsor the after show party, whilst the company also picked up the prestigious Grand Prix Award.
"Gem are delighted to show our continued support for the PC Retail Awards," said Gem's commercial and marketing director Simon Lee. "2008 marked the birth of the hugely successful event, making it an important date in the diary for recognising the achievements of the IT retail channel.
