The PCA will be holding another financial summit on July 8th, after the success of the first in May.
According to Keith Warburton, the first event was such a success that the delegates from distributors, resellers groups and financial organisations agreed to meet back up this month.
He said one of the key things to come out of the summit was the recognition of the channel's need to reduce its reliance on credit insurance.
"We seem to have become a market that relies on credit insurance. This has been made worse by the lack of person-to-person relationships in the financial chain.
"A community, whether of individuals or of businesspeople, should not necessarily expect to have its problems solved by outsiders. Rather it should look close to home wherever possible, and call upon its own resources, whether intellectual or financial to provide the foundation of its ongoing health."
