PC World has ended its offer of a free laptop when customers take out a two-year contract for Orange broadband service.PC Retail reported on the story back in July that the retailer had signed up with the mobile phone operator to promote its broadband service. However, rival broadband operator AOL soon set up a similar deal with Carphone Warehouse – an offer, which is still active.
It is currently unclear how successful the deal was both for Orange and for PC World.
