Florida-based VAR, PC Universe has announced the appointment of former president and chief executive of 4sure.com, Bruce Martin to its board.The move signals an expansion of the firm's board of directors from five to six as the company continues to expand, with the former senior vice president of worldwide purchasing and products at Ingram Micro joining at a time of expansion.
Speaking about the appointment, PC Universe's chairman Gary Stern said: " Bruce's track record of success in the technology resale industry is
well known.
"With his diverse background in all aspects of the channel, and his successful development and eventual sale of 4Sure.com, he is uniquely equipped to understand and help guide PC Universe toward achieving its goals. He will be a tremendous addition to our board."
