Former deputy editor returns to take the reins of leading trade title

PC Retail appoints Wooden as editor

Andrew Wooden has returned to the UK’s leading PC retailer trade magazine as editor.

His appointment follows Abdul Montaqim’s brief spell as editor, who recently left publisher Intent Media for personal reasons.

Wooden makes the move back to the title after spending seven months as senior staff writer on MCV, PC Retail’s sister magazine for the UK video games trade.

“We are delighted to take on Andrew as editor of PC Retail,” said managing editor Lisa Foster. “2008 looks set to be an exciting year, with innovations planned for the magazine and website, plus the launch of the PC Retail Awards in March.”

For all editorial enquiries, contact Andrew on +44 (0) 1992 535 646 or email him on andrew.wooden@intentmedia.co.uk.
