Panda Security is celebrating the success of last week's reseller day, with the company reporting 100 per cent approval from those that attended the day.
The event, which was held on April 22nd, was attended by more than 25 resellers and saw a number of presentations from specialists within the vendor, as well question and answer sessions ranging from general security issues to the impact the current economic climate is having on the market.
Hailing the success of the event, the vendor announced further events, which will held later on in the year, but it is seeking feedback from resellers about where to run the events and when.
"These Panda Security reseller events are aimed at providing resellers with the knowledge, tools and support needed to provide profitable security services during the current financially difficult climate," commented Panda Security marketing manager Neil Martin.
"While many resellers are successful at selling a 'boxed' security solution, they often do not realise the ease they could benefit from a continuous revenue stream providing 'security as a service' to clients. These Panda Security events are aimed to help resellers with this simple but effective paradigm shift.
"Delegate places are being offered free of charge
on a strictly limited basis, but preference will be given to Resellers who operate in the local area – everybody will get the chance to attend when the Reseller day visits them.
"More information and registration is available www.pandasoftware.co.uk/resellerday," added Martin.
